This site is maintained by the family of Toby Tweddell, who was killed on 8 August 2006 on the M62 outside Liverpool by a lorry driven by a driver suffering from undiagnosed Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel.
