The best way to contact me is from my
web site, from where you
can find my contact details, client-list, and CV.
About me
In May 2012 I stood down after nearly 10 years of half-time employment (latterly as Chief Executive) with ALT - the Association for Learning Technology, a UK professional and scholarly association, leaving me free to concentrate on independent consulting and on pro-bono work. Past clients include BSI, ESRC, JISC, Local Authorities, PA Consulting, the Trades Union Congress, the National College, and the Centre for Research Communications.
A bit of background
I started Fortnightly Mailing in
September 2002, with readers opting in to receive an email with
links to the contents of each successive issue. During 2004 I also
included an RSS feed. Since March 2006 (by which time over 300
people had subscribed, with an unknown number reading/picking it up
from its RSS feed) I have been publishing Fortnightly Mailing using
Typepad. Archive
of Fortnightly Mailing. 6 September 2002
edition. 22 January 2006
edition.
